Still not the same Warped Tour, but I had a good time

To all my fans,
went to the Warped Tour today, just got home a little while ago. Nothing went according to plan all day but I kept on truckin. Actually it started last nite, I called Jorge after work to discuss driving arrangements for the show, he didnt answer and didnt answer all nite. My brother calls me and says he wants to go again but he needs to borrow $100...Ok, done. He calls back at 3am asking to make it $120,fine. I can't sleep all nite, fall asleep at 6am and have to get up at 9:05. So I get little sleep. Get up get ready, call Jorge, still no answer but we dont have tickets yet so i gotta go. Go and pk up Nick and Alli and drive to Tinker Field. Anthony calls on the way, "Whats goin on?" I say "Nothing, folding fliers for the band and talking with Tim Armstrong." I laugh at this b/c Anthony has always been funny about hanging out with bands, we always make fun of him about it. Which is why I know he's loving ttouring with Whole Wheat Bread thing, so its cool for him. Anyway we arrive, and What the Fuck? its $10 to park! we have been going to see this tour annually for like 6years and none of us remember paying to park before. But this is the t one at Tinker Field so I reluctantly pay the bitch. We get to the gates and the line is chaotic to get int to mention gigantic. Then right before we reach the ticket window Jorge calls me. He tells me he went to see Dream Theater last nite in Tampa and just got up, to which I tell him Im already here. He says ok, call him back when I get in and let him know when STORY OF THE YEAR is on. So we get in, it was SO HOT today! I call Anthony, he says he is still folding fliers and then he's going backstage for the Transplants so he wont see us till like 130. Nick and me make fun of him for this and let him go. Now there is only like 5 or 6 bands we actually want to see here this year. Luckily one, the STREET DOGS, and Irish kind of Pub/punk rock band is on soon. So we catch them. Its ok. Then we walk around for a bit until its time for the TRANSPLANTS. On our way over we see Anthony so we throw ice at him and jump on him. Anthony is walking with Whole Wheat Bread's bass player, and actually kind of shrugs us off and catches up to Nick (Bass player, not my bro) again! This pisses us off, he's really over doing the rockstar shit now. So Alli throws more ice at him , but over shoots and nails the guy in front of Anthony. He turns and sees Nick and me laughing and starts walking toward us. Anthony aware of what happen tries to step in the way and calm him dow. Its not occuring to me he's that pissed until he pushes away from Anthony and throws ice at my brother! Ewww, I stop laughing and now begin walking toward him. Anthony grabs a hold of him trying to defuse things and he starts getting aggressive with Anthony! I started cursing at him, i dont remember what I said, but I was ready to go, it was weird. Another attempt by Anthony calms him down and they turn and both them go backstage. Leaving us pissed at that guy and still pissed at Anthony, still not acknowledging us even in the confrontation. Its weird how quick i was waiting for that guy to try something with my brother. I was ready to attack him. I havent felt that way in years and think of myself as a passivist, but i guess it was animal instincts of protecting my family. Afterward I thought about it and that guy was a jack ass. Seriously, if someone hit me with ice i would NOT turn around and want to fight the first people I see laughing. Jerk! Afterward Anthony showed up, we ignored the previous events and just started from there and he was Anthony again and we had a good time. we went to see DROPKICK MURPHYS next, which was one of the best sets of the day. Jorge called afterward and I met up with him and Jose. We talked for a while but had conflicts on who to see next. Jose wanted to see MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE and I hate them so we parted ways and agreed to meet back at Whole Wheat Bread. I went to see BIG D and The Kids Table with the others, fucking AWESOME as always, then Whole Wheat Bread and Strung Out. Then I went to see STORY OF THE YEAR alone, expecting to find JORGE but couldnt find him, actually I never saw him the rest of the day. Sux b/c i dont even really like that band. Then I met up with Anthony over by the gate and we walked around until meeting up with Nick and Alli for the Offspring. Fun time.
